sizzling ! Sylvanian Families Starter Set

This is a Sylvanian Families starter set.
It includes a house, figures, a bed, a dining table set, a system kitchen, an omelet rice dish, and a ladder (see photos).
There are a few marks on the bench, likely from a stamp or something similar made by a child.

Although it is a used item and has various minor stains, I think it is still in good condition.

The small items will be sent in a Ziploc bag.
