The item has only been lightly wiped, so there is dust and dirt overall.

There are cracks in the roof and the first-floor floor.
The legs of the terrace are removable, but I'm not sure if they were designed to be that way or if they are broken. They come off. The left side (as you look at it) has traces of being taped with cellophane tape.
The handrail of the stairs is broken.
The first-floor door can be attached, but it has a chip.
The rubber bands on the bed are stretched out.
I will send the other items that were stored together. Their condition is not incredibly good, so I don't know if you can dress them in clothes or not.
Some items may not be from Sylvanian Families, but I'm not sure, so I will send everything in the photos together.
There are items that take batteries, but I haven't confirmed if they work.

I apologize, but this is a remarkably old item and has been stored for a long time, so I think there may be oversights and parts that I couldn't capture in the photos.
