In the fall, these skilled self-seeders crack open, releasing hundreds of seeds. extremely milkweeds need full sun (at least 6 to 8 hours a day). Attracting monarch butterflies, regulars also include native bees, honey bees, hummingbirds and many other types of butterflies.
