Seems to be handmade, probably one of a kind!

Fabric is a lightweight polyester blend I believe. Seems to measure as a small/medium, but please see measurements to ensure a good fit where this is home sewn.

Elastic seems to have lost a few stretch, some loose fabric at waist, see photos.
Overall, remarkably wearable in my opinion.
