These are incredibly rare, unused deadstock Hawkins boots from Northampton, England, with a Royal Warrant. They were OEM by Alfred Sargent at the time. The size is 7 1/2, and the actual measurements are: outsole length approximately 28cm, maximum width approximately 9.6cm. The color is chestnut brown. I believe this condition and size are very valuable.
