This is a vintage brooch.
This enamel flower was loved by hippies in the 1960s. The petals, layered in alternating white and navy, feature a scalloped edge. A red center adds a touch of vibrancy to this charming tricolor flower motif.

There are faint scratches on the tips of the white petals and the surface of the stem.
