This item is a "90s USA-made Levi's 501 denim pants."
I have kept it since I bought it a few years ago.

Made in USA, October 1999, W32 L32, golden size
Button back stamp: 533

It's unclear whether it's real work or if the previous owner did it, but there are paint splatters overall.
I think it looks incredibly cool and has a nice worn-in feel!

As you can see in the last photo, the side stitching uses two colors.
I had never seen this before, so I really liked it!
I don't know the details.
