Popteen Magazine is a well-known and currently-running Japanese fashion lifestyle magazine that is bestselling among teenagers. Popteen will often feature new and in-demand styles that many teenagers are currently wearing, which also included the gyaru fashion style that was popular sometime in the early 2000s. Popteen is popular among gyarus who like to emulate the youthful, fun, cutesy, and colorful gyaru style that is derived from brands such as Coco&Lulu, Ank Rouge, Liz Lisa/Tralala, WC, and many other Japanese brands popular at the time.
